HELP! Photoshop Sons Grad Pic!

Hey everyone I don’t know if this is possible or not! My son had his kindergarten grad pics done without the school even letting us know 😡

My son’s autistic and me and his mom always ALWAYS show up because we can almost always get him to smile and fix his hair and his pictures relatively turn out great. BUT, as you can see, the infamous school picture monster took one with no care at all and although I understand they are busy and especially working with an EC class I’m sure it’s stressful.

I came onto here to ask you wonderful talented strangers for some help!!!! Pleaseee

I attached his graduation picture, the one in the green robe. And I also attached some other pictures to show his smile and hair. I was wondering if anyone could fix his hair and smile pleaseeeeeee!

The Results

I have been trying to do more photo edits so I can help more people. This request was nice to work on, because the images were both decent quality and the pose and layout were relatively similar, soI did not have to rely on AI tools at all. The main work for this image was trying to get the lighting and colors to blend well from one image to the other.
