Childhood Home Painting

I’d love if someone could turn these photos into art – a watercolor or oil painting aesthetic or an architectural type sketch (however if a sketch is not a feasible request for this space a painting will do). The numbers on the first photo are 7006 and the stones in the bottom left and right hand corners are Texas shaped. I would love for both of these elements to show up more clearly. The arrows will need to be removed as I got these off of a home rental website. This is a gift for my husbands 40th bday (it’s his childhood home) so I’m looking for something that will wow him and feel super special! Will pay my favorite submission $20 for the pair!
