Turn my friend into a skeleton

Was making a joke with my friend about getting stuck like that and not being able to get down – could someone match her pose but with a SFW skeleton? (Like not scary/gory). Thank you to anyone who can pull it off!

The Results

The original image was very small and poor resolution, but since the image was just a little joke, I did not worry too much about that. I made the skeleton a little bit silly, and very clearly not real, since the OP asked for a “safe for work” edit.
