Wedding Party Swap

This was a particularly difficult edit that really pushed my skillset! Not only was the lighting significantly different in the two photos, but the ground had a completely different color and look as well, as though perhaps it was still damp from a rain shower. This made it so the feet really did not want to blend well, and had that sort of floating look.

I mitigated this a bit by transferring not just the people, but also the ground onto a separate layer. The angle was completely different, so I had to use warping and distortion to make the paving blocks line up somewhat, and then do some creative blending to make it less obvious. I am pretty happy with how it turned out, but unfortunately, this is one of those many requests that gets abandoned by the OP, and no one was  ever chosen as a winner, so I will never know if it was up to snuff. Either way, I was happy with my work, so I decided to add it to my portfolio.
